For your convenience, shipping is discreet and confidential. Orders over $15,000 qualify for free shipping.

Orders are shipped same or next business day based on stock availability.  In cases where items are not immediately availiable, orders will be shipped up to 7 business days after the order is made.  In cases where this may not be possible, you will be contacted by Customer Service to update you on the progress.

Return Policy

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. NB. Essence D'amour will ensure the product is working before shipping.We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us).  If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
